Sauce Ingredients:
(enough for 6 tacos)
- 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. of Milk
- 1 Tbsp. of Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp. of Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp. Sea Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Onion Powder
- Pinch of Chili Powder
Salmon Nugget Tacos:
- 24 of Steve’s Nuggets
- 2 Cups of Shredded Cabbage (Green or Red)
- 6 Taco-Sized Tortillas (Corn or Flour)
Directions:
- Follow instructions on the package and heat 24 nuggets
- Meanwhile, make your sauce by mixing all ingredients together with a whisk
- Using a knife, carefully slice thin strips of cabbage – approximately 2 cups
- When the nuggets are done, wrap your tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds
- Place 3-4 nuggets on the tortilla, top with cabbage and drizzle white sauce on top.
